A RESOLUTION TO BE ENTILED A PRICE MUSIC CENTER LEGISLATIVE FUNDS ACT

WHEREAS, Chancellor Woodward commented at the Chancellor’s Liaison Meeting on October 28^th 2009 that with the Talley Expansion Project legislative funds should be requested to ensure the visionary completion of the Talley project; and,

WHEREAS, That such funds start with the formal request from the North Carolina House of Representatives and North Carolina Senate; now therefore be it,

RESOLVED, That the Student Government and Student Body of North Carolina State University would formally ask that the State of North Carolina act to properly fund the Price Music Center and additional areas regarding the Talley Student Center in the growth and expansion of humanities and arts; and be it further,

RESOLVED That the Student Senate of North Carolina State University approve and endorse improvements to the Price Music Center, .
