WHEREAS, the surplus from the 2011-2012 fiscal year was $41,595.63; and,

WHEREAS, per statutes, at least 60% of the surplus must go to the Appropriations Committee; now therefore be it,

RESOLVED, that $24,957.38 be distributed evenly between the fall and spring disbursements of the Appropriations process; and be it further,

RESOLVED, that $16,638.25 be added to the Finance Committee coffers; and be it further,

RESOLVED, that this bill shall be effective upon enrollment.
