Cioffi, Cooper, A. Davis, Joseph Davis, Dawkins, Demanovich, Donnelly, Dunstan, Ellis, Friel, Howard, Joyner, Lassiter, Musick, Parnell, Perry, Phelps, Poteat, Price, Pridgen,
Robinson, Roscoe, Simon, Stewart, Trickel, K. Vaughn, Webb, Womack) present. There
were also two (2) non-voting members (Doucette, J. Smith) present.
 
There were thirty (30) Senators (Adonis, Beam, Burrell, Chiang, Jimmy Davis,
Dawkins, Douglas, Elkins, Gannon, Gomez, Hook, Jajoo, Lal, Lampe, Lindh, Lindsay,
Lumpkin, McCullough, Miller, K. Mills, Monk, Murphy, M. Potter, Pye, Rogers, Rose,
Schweitzer, K. Smith, Storm, Udyavar) absent. There was also one (1) non-voting
member (Dimond) absent.
 

A quorum was present.
