Senator Josh Cox submitted the following report regarding Resolution 93, "An Act to be Entitled Commitment to True Equal Opportunity in Athletics", on Wendesday, March 28, 2001, on behalf of the Campus Life Committee, and pursuent to its March 28, 2001 recommendations, by unamimous consent:

WHEREAS, anti-discrimination laws are intended to increase opportunities for female athletes, not to eliminate them for male athletes, and
