Chairman Garrett Bugg submitted the following report on Thursday, March 27th 2003, on behalf of the Elections Commission, and pursuant to its Wednesday, March 26th 2003 recommendations:

Attendance:

There were six (6) Members (Bugg, Carty, Exum, Meagher, Casey Smith, Jason J. Smith) present.

There were three (3) Members (Do, Kovalcin, Schafer) absent.

A quorum was present.

General Commentary:

Addressed Questions by Tony Caravano.
Presented the ballot order for the Commission to review, except for Union Board of Directors.
Discussed possible polling sites.
Discussion concerning sandwich boards. Single sided boards leaning against objects are not properly secured. Action will be taken in a future meeting.
Discussed the upcoming voting server test.
Commissioner Carty reported that Wolfbytes TV will gladly allow candidates to use their services for the upcoming election.
Discussed Tuesday's event in the Brickyard, as well as Tuesday night's debate.

In other business, questions were raised about Brentroadparty.com. The commission will address this issue once more information is available.
