Secretary Sarah Schafer submitted the following report on Tuesday, April 1st 2003, on behalf of the Elections Commission, and pursuant to its Monday, March 31st 2003 recommendations:

Attendance:

There were eight (8) Members (Bugg, Carty, Do, Kovalcin, Meagher, Schafer, Casey Smith, Jason J. Smith) present.

There was one (1) Member (Exum) absent.

A quorum was present.

-Motion to approve polling sites, was seconded
and thereby approved
