There were zero (0) Members absent.

A quorum was present.

Report Overview:

We heard concers about AB83 from AICHE (AB18) and SWE (AB19) and decided to report favorably by consent on the bill without change. Sen. Patel was elected Vice-Chair.

Actions Taken:

AB83 was reported by consent.
Senator Mital Patel was elected Vice-Chair by consent.
