Mr. Gary Palin submitted the following report on Tuesday, April 8th 2003, on behalf of the Committee on Rules, and pursuant to its Monday, April 7th 2003 recommendations, by general consent:

Attendance:

There were six (6) Members (Fabricius, Hutcherson, Palin, Pendergrass, Spencer, Tatum) present.

There was one (1) Member (Gray) absent.

A quorum was present.

Report Overview:

The Committee on Rules determined that it was not needed to discharge Program Bill 90, Lawn Party Funds Allocation.

General Commentary:

The Committee on Rules felt that Program Bill 11 had already sufficiently stated the Senates desires regarding the deliquent return of funds that had been allocated three years ago for Lawn Party, which did not occur.

Actions Taken:

The Committee took no action.
