Committee Minutes, Wednesday, February 18th 2004

Chairman Forrest Hinton submitted the following report on Wednesday, February 18th 2004, on behalf of the Academics Committee, and pursuant to its Wednesday, February 18th 2004 recommendations:

Attendance:

There were five (5) Members (Adams, Crouch, Debrecht, Hinton, Reese) present.

There were five (5) Members (Brobst, Cobb, Humphrey, Moussa, Pearce) absent.

A quorum was not present.

Meeting Minutes:

I. Mr. Tommy Griffin, Director of Admissions, and his staff detailed the admissions process for this university, and entertained questions from the committee members. He offered to keep Academics up-to-date with admissions workings and have our committee involved in next years' process.

II. R101 was voted (un-quoromly) to be killed, but will have to wait until the next meeting

III. Meeting adjourned due to being one member short of quorom
