Chairman Forrest Hinton submitted the following report on Sunday, March 28th 2004, on behalf of the Academics Committee, and pursuant to its Sunday, March 28th 2004 recommendations:

Attendance:

There were four (4) Members (Crouch, Debrecht, Hinton, Reese) present.

There were six (6) Members (Adams, Brobst, Cobb, Humphrey, Moussa, Pearce) absent.

A quorum was not present.

The following official was also present: Fabricius

By not obtaining quorom our committee does not exemplify the democratic spirit.

***OUR NEXT COMMITTEE MEETING WILL BE APRIL 6, 2004 at 7 PM*** An administrator from the Office of the Provost will be presenting.
