SENATE RESOLUTION 121

Chairman Jeremy Spencer submitted the following report regarding Senate Resolution 121, "AN ACT TO IMPEACH SENATOR CHOE ON THE CHARGE OF NEGLECT OF DUTY DUE TO EXCESSIVE ABSENCES", on Monday, March 29th 2004, on behalf of the Government Operations Committee, and pursuant to its Wednesday, March 24th 2004 recommendations, by general consent:

As provided by Senate Rule 14(b), the committee requests that the Senate President place Senate Resolution 121 on the calendar for second reading.

Attendance:

There were four (4) Members (Feldman, Matthews, Ortega, Spencer) present.

There were three (3) Members (Birdsell, English, Giaquinto) absent.

A quorum was present.

Recommendations:

The Committee recommends the impeachment of Senator Choe.
