SENATE BILL 82

Chairman Mark Matthews submitted the following report regarding Senate Bill 82, "AN ACT TO REQUIRE SENATE ALTERNATES TO BE RECORDED PRIOR TO THE ONSET OF A SENATE MEETING", on Monday, November 10th 2003, on behalf of the Committee on Rules, and pursuant to its Monday, November 10th 2003 recommendations, by general consent:

As provided by Senate Rule 14(b), the committee requests that the Senate President place Senate Bill 82 on the calendar for second reading.

Attendance:

There were five (5) Members (Efe, Matthews, Moody, Palin, Stephenson) present.

There was one (1) Member (Price) absent.

A quorum was present.

The following officials were also present: Fabricius, Hutcherson, Siska, Spencer
