There were six (6) Members (Cleary, Hinton, Matthews, Moody, Spencer, Stephenson) present.

There were zero (0) Members absent.

A quorum was present.

Meeting Minutes:

Some committee members had heard that Treasurer Lester wanted a calander rule

The committee contacts and waits for treasurer Lester, and then entertains his request for a calendar rule.
