RESOLUTION 151

Vice-chairman John Small submitted the following report regarding Resolution 151, "AN ACT TO ENCOURAGE THE ENLARGEMENT OF THE UNIVERSITY FEE COMMITTEE AND INCREASE STUDENT PARTICIPATION ON THE COMMITTEE", on Sunday, March 28th 2004, on behalf of the Tuition and Fees Committee, and pursuant to its Sunday, March 28th 2004 recommendations, with 5 members voting in the affirmative and 0 in the negative:

As provided by Senate Rule 14(b), the committee requests that the Senate President place Resolution 151 on the calendar for second reading.

A quorum was present.
