Committee Minutes, Thursday, February 17th 2005

Chairman Zach Adams submitted the following report on Friday, February 18th 2005, on behalf of the Campus Community Committee, and pursuant to its Thursday, February 17th 2005 recommendations, by general consent:

Attendance:

There were seven (7) Members (Adams, Langley, Moye, Sevits, Stephenson, Sarah Thornton, Wilburn) present.

There was one (1) Member (Wilson Jr.) absent.

A quorum was present.

The following officials were also present: Buffkin, Fabricius, Hinton, Hutcherson, Perry, Salama, Toms, Hyde

Report Overview:

The Campus Community Committee appointed Senator Robret Wilburn as Co-Ticket Administrator.

Meeting Opens – 9:04pm

Miscellaneous:

Adams: In our meeting next Wednesday, we will be amending GB 130 if necessary, finalizing a recommendation for Student Wolfpack Club ticket re-allotment, and discussing the suggestions pulled from Brickyard Bills.

Ticket Administrator:

Adams: Robert, will you be able to undertake the responsibilities of Student Ticket Administrator for the remainder of the season.

Adams: Motion to appoint Senator Robert Wilburn as Co-Ticket Administrator.

Sevits: Second.

Langley: Consent.

Adams: The motion has been made and properly seconded. Consent has been called. Seeing no objection, Robert Wilburn has been appointed as Co-Ticket Administrator. When Stephenson’s resignation is effective, Robert will assume the position of Student Ticket Administrator.

-Discussion on campout procedures, volunteers for vouchers, etc.
