Chairman Tracy Hutcherson submitted the following report regarding Senate Resolution 148, "The Impeachment of Senator Patrick Cleary", on Sunday, March 27th 2005, on behalf of the Government Operations Committee, and pursuant to its Sunday, March 27th 2005 recommendations, with 2 members voting in the affirmative, 1 in the negative, and 3 having abstained from voting:

As provided by Senate Rule, the committee requests that the Senate President place Senate Resolution 148, on the calendar for second reading.

Attendance:

There were three (3) Members (Birdsell, Jones, Ortega) absent.

A quorum was present.
