Senator Hutcherson motions to reconsider decision to appropriate money based on AB 123 passing. Believes committee should report a bill without the $1500 and have an amendment prepared to appropriate additional $1500 if AB 123 passes as it is irreponsible to appropriate more money than is currently in the line item.
Motion does not pass as no member who voted originally will change their vote.
Motion to report favorably AB 140 with the extra $1500 already appropriated. Passes 3-1-1 (Senator Hutcherson voted no, Senator Hankins abstained).
