There were four (4) Members (Cleary, Fabricius, Lam, Sarah Thornton) present.

There were two (2) Members (Hutcherson, Toms) absent.

A quorum was present.

Report Overview:

The Permanent Committee on Rules met and reported favorably on SR 80, AB 68 Discussion Act, by a 4-0 vote. Pursuant to rule, the committee requests that this be considered first during the period of second reading.
