Chairman Patrick Cleary submitted the following report on Monday, November 1st 2004, on behalf of the Committee on Rules, and pursuant to its Monday, November 1st 2004 recommendations, by general consent:

Attendance:

There were four (4) Members (Cleary, Fabricius, Lam, Sarah Thornton) present.

There were two (2) Members (Hutcherson, Toms) absent.

A quorum was present.

Report Overview:

The Permanent Committee met and voted favorably by consent for two calendar bills, SR 90 and SR 91 respectively, to allow GB 74 and GB 75 to be considered for second reading at the 11/3/2004 meeting.
