Committee Minutes, Monday, November 15th 2004
Chairman Patrick Cleary submitted the following report on Monday, November 15th 2004, on behalf of the Committee on Rules, and pursuant to its Monday, November 15th 2004 recommendations, with 3 members voting in the affirmative and 2 in the negative:
There were five (5) Members (Cleary, Fabricius, Hutcherson, Lam, Toms) present.
There was one (1) Member (Sarah Thornton) absent.
A quorum was present.
The Permanent Committee on Rules discussed calendaring GB 83 for the November 17th meeting. The Committee voted 3-2 (Fabricius, Hutcherson, and Toms for) and (Cleary and Lam against) for calendaring.
