Committee Minutes, Monday, November 15th 2004
Chairman Patrick Cleary submitted the following report on Monday, November 15th 2004, on behalf of the Committee on Rules, and pursuant to its Monday, November 15th 2004 recommendations, by general consent:
There were five (5) Members (Cleary, Fabricius, Hutcherson, Lam, Toms) present.
There was one (1) Member (Sarah Thornton) absent.
A quorum was present.
The Permanent Committee on Rules voted by consent to place SR40, SR49, SR50, SR86, and SR88 on the expedited agenda for the meeting on 11/17/2004.
