Chairman Patrick Cleary submitted the following report on Monday, November 15th 2004, on behalf of the Committee on Rules, and pursuant to its Monday, November 15th 2004 recommendations, by general consent:

Attendance:

There were five (5) Members (Cleary, Fabricius, Hutcherson, Lam, Toms) present.

There was one (1) Member (Sarah Thornton) absent.

A quorum was present.

Report Overview:

The Permanent Committee on Rules voted by consent to place R92 and R97 for fast-track consideration for the 11/17/2004 meeting.
