Attendance:

There were six (6) Members (Cleary, Fabricius, Hutcherson, Lam, Sarah Thornton, Toms) present.

There were zero (0) Members absent.

A quorum was present.

The following official was also present: Hinton

Report Overview:

The Permanent Committee on Rules met and discussed fast-track consideration of R 106, UNC Freedom Act, SR 89, Confirmation of Judicial Assistant, and postponed consideration of SB 95. All three were done by consent of the Committee. As well, the Committee reviewed and reports the Senate Journals from 9/29, 10/20, and 11/3; all were done with consent of the Committee.
