Committee Minutes, Sunday, January 23rd 2005

Chairman Patrick Cleary submitted the following report on Monday, January 24th 2005, on behalf of the Committee on Rules, and pursuant to its Sunday, January 23rd 2005 recommendations:

Attendance:

There were four (4) Members (Cleary, Fabricius, Hutcherson, Toms) present.

There were two (2) Members (Lam, Sarah Thornton) absent.

A quorum was present.

The following official was also present: Buffkin

Report Overview:

The committee affirmed the results from the 1/17 meeting; created a special rule concerning PB 112 to limit the maximum amount of funding allowable for donation, and tabled SB95.
