SENATE RESOLUTION 09

Senator Forrest Hinton submitted the following report regarding Senate Resolution 09, "Senior Associate Director for Legislative Affairs Confirmation ", on Monday, April 26th 2004, on behalf of the Select Committee on Appointments, and pursuant to its Sunday, April 25th 2004 recommendations, by general consent:

As provided by Senate Rule 14(b), the committee requests that the Senate President place Senate Resolution 09 on the calendar for second reading.

Attendance:

There were eleven (11) Members (Fabricius, Fulcher, Hinton, James, Moody, Ortega, Sivakumar, Small, Spencer, Stephenson, Sarah Thornton) present.

There were zero (0) Members absent.

A quorum was present.

Purpose of Legislation:

Approves Mr. Matt Latrick as Sr. Assoc. Director of Government Relations for Legislative Affairs

Recommendations:

The Select Committee on Appointments reports this favorably by consent.
