Chairman Erich M. Fabricius submitted the following report to the Student Senate on Wednesday, April 5th 2006, on behalf of the Finance Committee, and pursuant to its Wednesday, April 5th 2006 recommendations, by general consent:

Attendance:

There were six (6) members (Douglas, Fabricius, Moye, Saunders, Sawrey, Sevits) present. There was also one (1) non-voting member (Toms) present.

There were two (2) suspended members (Mckethan, J. Washington) absent.

The following official was also present: Griggs.

A quorum was present.

Report Overview:

The Finance Committee reviewed and approved Treasury Policies submitted by the Treasurer per SBS §5-1.30.

Debate:

There was no debate.

Actions Taken:

The committee approved the policies, which will be posted by the Treasurer on the Treasury website.
