SENATE BILL 76

Chairman Tracy S. Hutcherson submitted the following report regarding Senate Bill 76, "A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT TO CREATE AN OFFICIAL STUDENT SENATE LIAISON TO THE GREEK LIFE COMMUNITY ", to the Student Senate on Sunday, April 2nd 2006, on behalf of the Government Operations Committee, and pursuant to its Wednesday, March 29th 2006 recommendations, by general consent:

There were six (6) members (Griggs, Heath, Hutcherson, K. Phillips, Walton, Yasin) present.

There were two (2) members (Gula, Norman) absent.

The following officials were also present: Fabricius, Hassell, Peters, Sawrey, Toms.

A quorum was present.
