GOVERNMENT BILL 95

Chairman Tracy S. Hutcherson submitted the following report regarding Government Bill 95, "A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT TO INCREASE SPONSORING SENATOR ATTENDANCE AT APPROPRIATIONS INTERVIEWS ", to the Student Senate on Sunday, April 2nd 2006, on behalf of the Government Operations Committee, and pursuant to its Wednesday, March 29th 2006 recommendations, by general consent:

Attendance:

There were six (6) members (Griggs, Heath, Hutcherson, K. Phillips, Walton, Yasin) present.

There were two (2) members (Gula, Norman) absent.

The following officials were also present: Fabricius, Hassell, Peters, Sawrey, Toms.

A quorum was present.

Recommendations:

Discontinue Consideration of GB 95, Sponsoring Senator Attendance Act
