Committee Minutes, Sunday, February 12th 2006

Secretary Jessica Caroline Collins submitted the following report to the Student Senate on Sunday, February 12th 2006, on behalf of the Committee on the Budget, and pursuant to its Sunday, February 12th 2006 recommendations:

Attendance:

There were six (6) members (Adams, Collins, Fabricius, Griggs, Kelly, Saunders) present. There was also one (1) non-voting member (Toms) present.

There was one (1) member (Sawrey) absent.

A quorum was present.

Meeting Minutes:

I. Discussion of Dance Marathon allocation
-Guest Speaker- Brice Nielson
-Sponsorship of SG for Dance Marathon out of the budget as opposed to filing for appropriations every semester. Asked for
about 1,000 dollars allocated out of the budget.

II. Review of the budget proposed by Treasurer Toms

III. Scheduling of interviews for Judicial Branch, Executive Branch, and Wolf Aides
-Decision to meet with Leader of the Pack as well as Leadershape
-Next Sunday 9pm- getting Mike Gencola and Besty Godwin to come speak
-Sunday February 26th to meet with the Judicial Branch
