Chairman Zach Adams submitted the following report to the Student Senate on Monday, March 20th 2006, on behalf of the Committee on the Budget, and pursuant to its Friday, March 17th 2006 recommendations:

Attendance:

There were five (5) members (Adams, Fabricius, Griggs, Kelly, Saunders) present. There was also one (1) non-voting member (Toms) present.

There were two (2) members (Collins, Sawrey) absent.

The following official was also present: Sevits.

A quorum was present.

Made all final amendments to the budget to send to the Senate.

Consideration of GB 118 Tier System Act:

Motion to add Elections Commission Chair to tear 5 by consent.
No Objections, motion passes by consent.

Motion to strike tier 2 and update the higher tier assignments accordingly, to make tier plural, and to strike the including of staff positions in tier 1.

Motion to create a new tier for the elections commission chair and the student government webmaster, with all tier assignments updated accordingly.
