Chairman James E. O. Hankins, II submitted the following report to the Student Senate on Tuesday, February 6th 2007, on behalf of the Committee on the Budget, and pursuant to its Friday, February 2nd 2007 recommendations:

Attendance:

There were six (6) members (Foxx, Hall, Hankins, Joyner, McArthur, Saunders) present. There was also one (1) non-voting member (Compton) present.

There was one (1) member (Hughes) absent.

The following official was also present: Whiteside.

A quorum was present.
