Committee Minutes, Friday, February 16th 2007

Chairman James E. O. Hankins, II submitted the following report to the Student Senate on Monday, February 19th 2007, on behalf of the Committee on the Budget, and pursuant to its Friday, February 16th 2007 recommendations:

Attendance:

There were four (4) members (Hankins, Hughes, Joyner, Saunders) present. There was also one (1) non-voting member (Compton) present.

There were three (3) members (Foxx, Hall, McArthur) absent.

The following officials were also present: Adams, Quick, Whiteside.

A quorum was present.

Meeting Minutes:

- President S. Wilson Quick talked about a possible increase in the Publicity line items in the Budget

- President Quick also defended Leadership and Leader of the Pack as programs that needed proper funding

- President Quick expressed satisfaction with the Budget
