APPROPRIATIONS BILL 42

Chairman Jason D. Smith submitted the following report regarding Appropriations Bill 42, "AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE REALLOCATION OF STUDENT FUNDS ", to the Student Senate on Tuesday, January 29th 2008, on behalf of the Finance Committee, and pursuant to its Monday, January 28th 2008 recommendations, by general consent:

As provided by Senate Rule, the committee requests that the Senate President place Appropriations Bill 42, on the calendar for second reading.

Attendance:

There were four (4) members (Beam, Douglas, McCullough, J. Smith) present. There was also one (1) non-voting member (Foxx) present.

There were two (2) members (Pye, Storm) absent.

The following officials were also present: A. Barnes, Gannon.

A quorum was present.
