FINANCE BILL 80

Chairman Peter Barnes submitted the following report regarding Finance Bill 80, "A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT TO SET THE 2007-2008 STUDENT GOVERNMENT BUDGET ", to the Student Senate on Wednesday, April 2nd 2008, on behalf of the Finance Committee, and pursuant to its Tuesday, April 1st 2008 recommendations, by general consent:

As provided by Senate Rule, the committee requests that the Senate President place Finance Bill 80, on the calendar for second reading.

Attendance:

There were two (2) members (P. Barnes, Beam) present. There was also one (1) non-voting member (J. Smith) present.

There was one (1) member (Douglas) absent. There were also three (3) suspended members (McCullough, Pye, Storm) absent.

A quorum was present.
