Secretary Chris Cioffi submitted the following report regarding Senate Resolution 54, "A RESOLUTION TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT TO EXPEL SENATOR GLUCK ON THE CHARGE OF NEGLECT OF DUTY DUE TO EXCESSIVE ABSENCES", to the Student Senate on Monday, January 28th 2008, on behalf of the Government Operations Committee, and pursuant to its Monday, January 28th 2008 recommendations, with 3 members voting in the affirmative and 0 in the negative:

There were three (3) members (Cioffi, Gannon, Rogers) present.

There were no members absent.

The following officials were also present: P. Barnes, Dawkins, Foxx, Lassiter.

A quorum was present.
