Secretary Chris Cioffi submitted the following report regarding Government Bill 78, "A BILL TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT TO REQUIRE MONTHLY FORMAL FINANCIAL REPORTS FOR STUDENT GOVERNMENT SPENDING ", to the Student Senate on Wednesday, February 6th 2008, on behalf of the Government Operations Committee, and pursuant to its Wednesday, February 6th 2008 recommendations:

As provided by Senate Rule, the committee requests that the Senate President place Government Bill 78, on the calendar for second reading.
