President Pro Tempore Mike Alston submitted the following report to the Student Senate on Wednesday, October 3rd 2007, on behalf of the Committee on Appropriations, and pursuant to its Tuesday, October 2nd 2007 recommendations:

There was one (1) member (Gluck) absent.
