SENATE RESOLUTION 79

Chairman Phillip Roscoe submitted the following report regarding Senate Resolution 79, "An Act to Confirm Andrew Tucker as Elections Commission Chairman", to the Student Senate on Monday, February 11th 2008, on behalf of the Committee on Appointments, and pursuant to its Friday, February 8th 2008 recommendations, by general consent:

As provided by Senate Rule, the committee requests that the Senate President place Senate Resolution 79, on the calendar for second reading.

Attendance:

There were five (5) members (Alston, Howard, Parnell, Rogers, Roscoe) present.

There were three (3) members (Cioffi, Poteat, Rose) absent.

The following official was also present: Tucker.

A quorum was present.
