SENATE RESOLUTION 92

Chairman Phillip Roscoe submitted the following report regarding Senate Resolution 92, "An Act to Confirm Robert Sherwood as Elections Commissioner", to the Student Senate on Saturday, February 23rd 2008, on behalf of the Committee on Appointments, and pursuant to its Thursday, February 21st 2008 recommendations, by general consent:

As provided by Senate Rule, the committee requests that the Senate President place Senate Resolution 92, on the calendar for second reading.

Attendance:

There were six (6) members (Alston, Cioffi, Howard, Parnell, Poteat, Roscoe) present.

There were two (2) members (Rogers, Rose) absent.

A quorum was present.

Recommendations:

The committee recommends this bill be placed on the consent agenda.
