RESOLUTION 77

Senator Lauren Demanovich submitted the following report regarding Resolution 77, "A RESOLUTION TO BE ENTITLED AN ACT TO HONOR THE RECIPIENT OF THE 2011 JENNY CHANG OUTSTANDING STUDENT SERVICE AWARD", to the Student Senate on Friday, April 1st 2011, on behalf of the University Affairs Committee, and pursuant to its Wednesday, March 30th 2011 recommendations, by general consent:

As provided by Senate Rule, the committee requests that the Senate President place Resolution 77, on the calendar for second reading.

Attendance:

There were six (6) members (Campbell, D. Clark, Demanovich, Gonzalez, Krystek, Taylor) present.

There was one (1) member (Gatlin) absent. There was also one (1) suspended member (Song) absent.

The following officials were also present: Do, Selzer.

A quorum was present.

Committee Amendments:

The committee added "whereas" clauses to detail the all of the contributions made by the recipient to the student body.
