This referendum establishes a Constitution for the Student Media Board of Directors, a governing board for all official student publications that utilize student fee monies.
Provides for three students elected by the Student Body and three students appointed by Colleges. Also provides for faculty and professional members.
Requires that a student majority must be present for the Board to take any action; also requires that a student serve as Board Chairman.
