Updates the Student Body Constitution through Article IV. Protects the current ability of all students paying into the Student Government fee to vote in student elections, as well as participate and use SG services. Makes minor revisions of language throughout the document to reflect modern practices. Removes clauses regarding Residence Area Councils, which are separate from the Student Government. Improves definition of the relationship between the Judicial Branch and Student Government.
