| Configuration: Student Centers Board of Directors Constitution Change (31) |
The Student Centers Board of Directors Constitution has changed. The following are the main changes in the constitution:
- The Student Centers Board of Directors has added the following student representative positions: GLBT Center; Campus Enterprises Resource & Event Management; Campus Enterprises At-Large.
- The Student Centers Board of Directors Budget Committee (changed from the entire Board membership) will now review and recommend changes to the annual Union Activities Board programming budget.
- The Union Activities Board President shall appoint, at the start of his/her term and whenever the offices may be vacant, each of the Union Activities Board Officers. This is no longer subject to Student Centers Board of Directors approval.
- The term of Union Activities Board officers shall be one year, beginning and ending at the last Union Activities Board (changed from Student Centers Board of Directors) meeting of the spring semester.
