Mission Statement

The Elections Commission aims to maintain an effective structure of voting procedures, provide informative resources with a non-biased approach, and give willing candidates the opportunity to serve their student body in a consistent, respectful, and transparent manner.

The NC State University Supplemental Election for Senior Class President and CALS Senate
will open on Monday, April 7th at 12:00pm

Simran Mann – Chair


This Spring election at NCSU I am most excited about working with the candidates and encouraging everyone to vote!

Guy Lampe – Finances


My name is Guy Lampe and I’m a junior studying Business Administration with a concentration in Supply Chain Management!  I’m looking forward to being the financial chair for the Board of Elections, because I believe every student has a responsibility to play a role in student government.

Melanie Adair- Secretary


I am a Junior Business Administration Major, concentrating in Human Resources. I am currently interning at Product Pharmaceutical Development as a Human Resources Intern. Working with the Elections Committee is developing my interpersonal skills as well as enriching my ethical beliefs. I am very excited to see the results of the Spring 2014 elections.

Kate Fritz- Publicity Committee

Hey, I’m Kate Fritz, a freshman in the College of Engineering and the College of Design. I am a proud member of the Wolfpack, and I am really excited about Elections Commission because I would love to use my talents to increase publicity about the Commission.

Hilary Chan- Rules and Regulations


My name is Hilary Chan. I am excited to return to the Elections Committee and work with the new candidates.

Hey I am Brittany and I am excited about serving for a second year on the Board of Elections Commission.  I feel it is a great way to give back to the school and meet new people!

My name is Manmeet, I am a sophomore Bioprocessing Science major. I am very excited about joining the Elections Commission to get more involved with student government and the people elected.

Katherine Lampe – Polling Director


I am a senior studying Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Entrepreneurship.  I currently serve as the Vice President of CEO, and I am looking forward to working as the polling director for the Students Election Commission.

This Spring election at NCSU I am most excited about getting to know the candidates because everyone has a story to tell, and a different cause driving them to success.

Kenneth Smith- Rules and Regulations

My name is Kenneth Smith Lopez, I am from Venezuela and I am Junior in Civil Engineering with a minor in Economics. I am excited to join the  Elections Commission in order to meet new people and get involved with the Student Government.

Christopher Hetzler- Public Relations

I am a Junior studying Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. I  am looking forward to promoting the Wolfpack spirit by getting everyone excited about the elections!
